Genealogy Research of North Carolina is a full-service genealogical, heir searching, and lineage research firm.
I am Victoria P. Scott, principal of Genealogy Research of North Carolina.
I received a B.A. from Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and am
a member of the following organizations:
- The Association of Professional Genealogists (both the
national organization and its North Carolina Chapter, where I serve as
a Chapter Representative to other chapters and the national organization),
- The National Genealogical Society, and
- The North Carolina Genealogical Society, where I serve as First Vice President and Publications Chair.
I regularly attend national and regional educational seminars on genealogy and perform client research weekly at the North Carolina State Archives. I have a working knowledge of multiple county courthouses within North Carolina, and experience in successfully obtaining a wide variety of genealogical documents utilized for client research. I have performed years of research on Irish ancestors and have analyzed multiple records from Ireland through resources at the local Family History Center.
Please consider contacting me for your genealogical, heir searching, and
lineage society research and applications.
